Laurel Bulldogs (Laurel, DE) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Delmarva Christian Royals (Georgetown, DE), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bulldogs confront the Woodbridge Raiders (Bridgeville, DE) in a Henlopen South challenge, on Tuesday, May 9. Laurel will attempt to move on its 2-9 season record.
The Royals now possess a 1-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Woodbridge for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 8.
