New York High School Lacrosse - Lewiston-Porter Starpoint

In Friday's league test, the visiting Starpoint Spartans lacrosse squad scored a tight 6-3 victory over the Lewiston-Porter Lancers.

The Spartans now have a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they host Lockport for a non-league test on Saturday, May 6. Starpoint will face a Lions squad coming off a 9-1 league loss to Clarence (Clarence, NY). The Lions record now stands at 0-8.

In their next game, the Lancers face the Iroquois Chiefs (Elma, NY) in a Class C test, on Wednesday, May 10. Lewiston-Porter will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Chiefs come into the test with a 4-8 record after their 11-5 non-league loss to Lancaster (Lancaster, NY).
