New York High School Lacrosse - Medina bounces Newfane

The Medina Mustangs trounced the visiting Newfane Panthers lacrosse squad by a margin of 20-1 in Friday's league challenge.

Coming up next, the Mustangs meet the Lockport Lions (Lockport, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, May 8. Medina will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 0-9 record after their 17-7 non-league loss to Starpoint (Lockport, NY).

The Panthers now sport a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Gowanda for a Class D challenge on Wednesday, May 10. Newfane will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 15-9 non-league loss to Williamsville East (East Amherst, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 4-7.
