Arcanum Trojans (Arcanum, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Milton-Union Bulldogs (West Milton, OH), 7-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Trojans now own a 17-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Xenia for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 6. Arcanum will face a Buccaneers squad coming off a 12-10 league loss to Fairborn (Fairborn, OH). The Buccaneers record now stands at 3-13.

With the loss, Milton-Union falls to 12-8 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Versailles (Versailles, OH) to face the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 8. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 14-10. Versailles won 9-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Bath (Lima, OH)
