Great Falls Red Devils (Great Falls, SC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host St. Joseph's Catholic Knights (Greenville, SC), 16-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Red Devils now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Whitmire for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 8. Great Falls will battle a Wolverines squad coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Wagener-Salley (Wagener, SC). The Wolverines record now stands at 14-7.
With the loss, St. Joseph's Catholic falls to 1-10 on the campaign.
