Scott Eagles (Covington, KY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Holmes Bulldogs (Covington, KY), 22-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 11-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lloyd Memorial for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 6. Scott will face a Juggernauts squad coming off a 22-5 non-league loss to Beechwood (Fort Mitchell, KY). The Juggernauts record now stands at 8-12.

With the loss, Holmes falls to 5-9 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Newport (Newport, KY) to face the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 8. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 0-12. Newport lost 20-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Ludlow (Ludlow, KY)
