California High School Softball - Linfield Christian Santa Rosa Academy

The crowd at Friday's non-league match between the Linfield Christian Lions (Temecula, CA) and the host Santa Rosa Academy Rangers (Menifee, CA), saw Linfield Christian's softball squad nip Santa Rosa Academy by a count of 9-6.

The Lions now sport a 14-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Covina for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 9. Linfield Christian will face a Colts squad coming off a 24-3 non-league win over University Prep (Victorville, CA). The Colts record now stands at 15-11.

With the loss, Santa Rosa Academy falls to 14-3 on the campaign.
