New York High School Softball - Suffern loses to Nyack

The Nyack Red Hawks softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Suffern Mounties to 0 in the Red Hawks non-league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Nyack improves its record to 8-6 on the year. The Red Hawks host Clarkstown South (West Nyack, NY) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league game on Sunday, May 7. The Vikings come into the game with a record of 10-5.
In their next game, the Mounties clash with the North Rockland Raiders (Thiells, NY) in a Section 1 I - C game, on Saturday, May 6. Suffern will attempt to improve on its 0-12 season record. The Raiders come into the game with a 14-1 record after their 10-0 league win over Clarkstown North (New City, NY).
