Ohio High School Softball - Preble Shawnee gets by Tri-Village

May 5, 2023: New Madison, OH 45346

The Preble Shawnee Arrows (Camden, OH) softball nipped the host Tri-Village Patriots (New Madison, OH), 3-2 in Friday's league bout.

The Arrows (7-10) will now prepare for their bout against Troy (Troy, OH). The Trojans go into the non-league bout with a 17-3 record. In their last bout, Troy held off Piqua (Piqua, OH), 12-0, in a league bout.

The Patriots now possess a 13-9 record. They play next when they host Union City for a non-league bout on Monday, May 8. Tri-Village will confront a Indians squad coming off a 9-3 non-league win over Monroe Central (Parker City, IN). The Indians record now stands at 8-11.
