The Sandwich Blue Knights baseball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting Abington Green Wave to 3 in the Blue Knights non-league win on Monday.
The Blue Knights now own a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they host Dennis-Yarmouth Regional for a Atlantic Coast - South test on Thursday, May 8. Sandwich will clash with a Dolphins team coming off a 7-2 non-league loss to Marshfield (Marshfield, MA). The Dolphins record now stands at 10-4.
With the defeat, Abington drops to 6-7 on the year. The Green wave travel to Middleborough (Middleborough, MA) to clash with the Sachems in a non-league test on Thursday, May 8. The Sachems go into the test with a record of 8-5.
