The Mt. Pleasant Oilers baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Central Wolves to 2 in the Oilers league win on Monday.

The Oilers now hold a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they host Dow for a Saginaw Valley test on Thursday, May 8. Mt. Pleasant will play a Chargers team coming off a 12-2 league win over Heritage (Saginaw, MI). The Chargers record now stands at 7-2.

With the defeat, Central drops to 2-10 on the year. The Wolves travel to Lapeer (Lapeer, MI) to play the Lightning in a non-league test on Thursday, May 8. The Lightning go into the test with a record of 1-4.
