Illinois High School Baseball - Cuba/Spoon River Valley wallops Midwest Central

In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Cuba/Spoon River Valley Wildcats baseball team scored a nice 10-0 win over the Midwest Central Raiders.

The Wildcats (12-11) will now prepare for their game against Knoxville (Knoxville, IL). The Blue Bullets go into the non-league game with a 2-19 record. In their last game, Knoxville was overwhelmed by Biggsville West Central (Biggsville, IL), 6-4, in a league game.

Next, the Raiders play the Peoria Christian Chargers (Peoria, IL) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, May 6. Midwest Central will attempt to improve on its 4-14 season record. The Chargers go into the game with a 7-9 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Tri-Valley (Downs, IL).
