The De Smet Jesuit Spartans (St. Louis, MO) baseball the host Howell Central Spartans (St. Charles, MO), 6-2 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Spartans now own a 10-15 record. They take the field next when they host Christian Brothers for a Class 6 District 3 challenge on Tuesday, May 6. De Smet Jesuit will clash with a Cadets team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Chaminade (St. Louis, MO). The Cadets record now stands at 11-8.
The Spartans (20-14) will now prepare for their outing against Howell (St. Charles, MO). The Vikings come into the Class 6 District 4 outing with a 25-2 record. In their last outing, Howell tipped Kickapoo (Springfield, MO), 8-7, in a non-league outing.
