In Monday's league game, the host Dow Chargers baseball team scored a nice 15-0 win over the Saginaw Trojans.
The Chargers (8-2) will now prepare for their game against Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, MI). The Oilers go into the Saginaw Valley game with a 6-4 record. In their last game, Mt. Pleasant knocked off Central (Bay City, MI), 3-2, in a league game.
Next, the Trojans play the West Michigan Christian Patriots (Byron Center, MI) in a non-league game, on Monday, May 5. Saginaw will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Patriots go into the game with a 11-5 record after their 8-6 non-league loss to Whitehall (Whitehall, MI).
