In Monday's league challenge, the host Avon Eagles lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-6 triumph over the Olmsted Falls Bulldogs.
The Eagles (10-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Highland (Medina, OH). The Hornets go into the non-league challenge with a 10-5 record.
Next, the Bulldogs clash with the Lake Catholic Cougars (Mentor, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, May 8. Olmsted Falls will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Cougars go into the challenge with a 11-3 record after their 12-2 league win over Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin (Chardon, OH).
