Virginia High School Lacrosse - Yorktown overwhelms Meridian

In Monday's non-league contest, the host Yorktown Patriots lacrosse squad scored a good 10-0 win over the Meridian Mustangs.
The Patriots (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against Washington-Liberty (Arlington, VA). The Generals enter the non-league contest with a 8-2 record. In their last contest, Washington-Liberty beat Wakefield School (The Plains, VA), 11-5, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Mustangs meet the Freedom Eagles (South Riding, VA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, May 7. Meridian will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 8-2 record after their 5-2 league loss to Battlefield (Haymarket, VA).
