The Franklin Wildcats lacrosse squad scored 13 points and limited the visiting Northmont Thunderbolts to 6 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.

The Wildcats now hold a 12-4 record. They take the field next when they host Miamisburg for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 9. Franklin will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 23-5 league loss to Springboro (Springboro, OH). The Vikings record now stands at 2-13.

With the loss, Northmont falls to 5-9 on the year. The Thunderbolts travel to Fairmont (Kettering, OH) to clash with the Firebirds in a Region 3 challenge on Wednesday, May 7. The Firebirds go into the challenge with a record of 5-8. Fairmont won 15-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Carroll (Dayton, OH)
