The Denison-Schleswig Monarchs soccer squad scored 7 points and held the visiting Kuemper Knights to 0 in the Monarchs league victory on Monday.
The Monarchs now hold a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Sergeant Bluff-Luton for a non-league bout on Friday, May 9.
With the loss, Kuemper moves to 4-6 on the year. The Knights host Greene County (Jefferson, IA) to encounter the Rams in a non-league bout on Tuesday, May 6. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 9-4.
