In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Deckerville Eagles softball team scored a tight 13-9 win over the All Saints Central Cougars.
The Eagles (2-5) will now prepare for their match against Ubly (Ubly, MI). The Bearcats come into the non-league match with a 3-7 record.
In their next game, the Cougars confront the Carsonville-Port Sanilac Tigers (Carsonville, MI) in a North Central Thumb - Stripes match, on Thursday, May 8. All Saints Central will attempt to better on its 3-7 season record. The Tigers come into the match with a 3-3 record after their 11-8 league win over Owendale-Gagetown (Owendale, MI).
