California High School Softball - Big Bear bounces Cathedral City

In Monday's non-league match, the host Big Bear Bears softball team scored a nice 24-1 win over the Cathedral City Lions.
The Bears (10-11) will now prepare for their match against Hesperia Christian (Hesperia, CA). The Patriots come into the non-league match with a 12-7 record. In their last match, Hesperia Christian notched a victory over Academy of Careers & Exploration (Helendale, CA), 9-7, in a league match.
In their next game, the Lions battle the Palm Springs Indians (Palm Springs, CA) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, May 7. Cathedral City will attempt to better on its 10-14 season record. The Indians come into the match with a 4-16 record after their 16-3 league loss to Rancho Mirage (Rancho Mirage, CA).
