The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the First Colonial Patriots (Virginia Beach, VA) and the host Cape Henry Collegiate Dolphins (Virginia Beach, VA), observed First Colonial's softball team defeat Cape Henry Collegiate by a margin of 13-0.
The Patriots now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cox for a Beach outing on Tuesday, May 6. First Colonial will encounter a Falcons team coming off a 5-4 league win over Bayside (Virginia Beach, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 9-3.
With the loss, Cape Henry Collegiate moves to 10-4 on the season.
