Indiana High School Softball - Indian Creek bounces Martinsville

May 5, 2025: Trafalgar, IN 46181

The Indian Creek Braves softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Martinsville Artesians to 3 in the Braves non-league win on Monday.

The Braves now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cascade for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 6. Indian Creek will confront a Cadets team coming off a 6-2 non-league win over McCutcheon (Lafayette, IN). The Cadets record now stands at 11-5.

With the loss, Martinsville moves to 8-12 on the season. The Artesians host Franklin Community (Franklin, IN) to confront the Grizzly Cubs in a Mid-State battle on Tuesday, May 6. The Grizzly Cubs come into the battle with a record of 9-8. Franklin Community lost 4-1 in their recent non-league battle against New Palestine (New Palestine, IN)
