The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Spectrum Sting (Elk River, MN) and the host Kimball Cubs (Kimball, MN), observed Spectrum's softball team get by Kimball by a tally of 2-0.

The Sting (9-0) will now prepare for their bout against Legacy Christian Academy (Andover, MN). The Lions go into the non-league bout with a 0-9 record. In their last bout, Legacy Christian Academy by New Life Academy (Woodbury, MN), 16-4, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Cubs clash with the Royalton Royals (Royalton, MN) in a Central Minnesota bout, on Tuesday, May 6. Kimball will attempt to advance on its 13-1 season record.
