The Warren/Stockton Warhawks softball team scored 8 runs and held the host Orangeville Broncos to 7 in the Warhawks non-league win on Monday.

The Warhawks now possess a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Galena for a NUIC West battle on Tuesday, May 6. Warren/Stockton will confront a Pirates team coming off a 9-3 non-league loss to Dakota (Dakota, IL). The Pirates record now stands at 14-5.

With the loss, Orangeville moves to 19-5 on the season. The Broncos travel to Pecatonica (Pecatonica, IL) to confront the Indians in a Northwest Upstate Illini - North battle on Tuesday, May 6. The Indians come into the battle with a record of 7-13. Pecatonica lost 13-3 in their recent league battle against Lena-Winslow (Lena, IL)
