In Monday's non-league test, the Rittman Indians (Rittman, OH) softball squad overwhelmed the host Orrville Red Riders (Orrville, OH), by a tally of 13-4.

Next, the Indians meet the Waynedale Golden Bears (Apple Creek, OH) in a Wayne County test, on Tuesday, May 6. Rittman will attempt to advance on its 4-15 season record. The Golden Bears go into the test with a 9-10 record after their 10-3 league win over Smithville (Smithville, OH).

The Red Riders (0-13) will now prepare for their test against Central Christian (Kidron, OH). The Comets go into the non-league test with a 2-9 record. In their last test, Central Christian was routed by Chippewa (Doylestown, OH), 13-3, in a non-league test.
