In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Grand Junction Central Warriors baseball team scored a nice 20-5 victory over the Glenwood Springs Demons.

The Demons (8-11) will now prepare for their game against Palisade (Palisade, CO). The Bulldogs go into the 4A Western Slope game with a 18-2 record. In their last game, Palisade overcame Roosevelt (Johnstown, CO), 10-3, in a non-league game.
