In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Pittsfield Saukees baseball team scored a tight 11-4 victory over the PORTA/Ashland-Chandlerville Central Bluejays.
The Saukees (18-6) will now prepare for their game against Griggsville-Perry (Griggsville, IL). The Tornadoes go into the non-league game with a 2-12 record. In their last game, Griggsville-Perry was overwhelmed by West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] (Winchester, IL), 8-1, in a non-league game.
