Burlington Red Devils (Burlington, MA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Belmont Marauders (Belmont, MA), 16-7 in a non-league test.
The Red Devils now have a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tewksbury Memorial for a non-league test on Monday, May 9. Burlington will face a Redmen squad coming off a 11-8 league loss to Haverhill (Haverhill, MA). The Redmen record now stands at 2-8.
In their next game, the Marauders face the Newton South Lions (Newton, MA) in a non-league test, on Monday, May 9. Belmont will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record.
