In Friday's league contest, the Bullock Creek Lancers (Midland, MI) softball team the visiting Tawas Area Braves (Tawas City, MI), by a margin of 5-3.

With the triumph, Bullock Creek moves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Lancers host Garber (Essexville, MI) to play the Dukes in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 7. The Dukes come into the contest with a record of 15-4. Garber won 12-7 in their recent league contest against Swan Valley (Saginaw, MI)
