Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Valley Vikings (Albuquerque, NM) and the visiting Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM), witnessed Valley's softball squad prevail over Los Alamos by a count of 9-1.

The Vikings now sport a 15-10 record.

With the loss, Los Alamos moves to 19-8 on the season.
