The Portsmouth Patriots (Portsmouth, RI) baseball nipped the host Cranston West Falcons (Cranston, RI), 6-5 in Saturday's league contest.

Coming up next, the Patriots encounter the Bishop Hendricken Hawks (Warwick, RI) in a Division 1 (State) contest, on Monday, May 8. Portsmouth will attempt to better on its 9-4 season record.
