In Saturday's non-league game, the host Defiance Bulldogs baseball team scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Napoleon Wildcats.
The Bulldogs (13-2) will now prepare for their game against Findlay (Findlay, OH). The Trojans go into the non-league game with a 5-8 record. In their last game, Findlay tipped Perkins (Sandusky, OH), 3-0, in a non-league game.
The Wildcats (8-9) will now prepare for their game against Perrysburg (Perrysburg, OH). The Yellow Jackets go into the Northern Lakes game with a 12-8 record. In their last game, Perrysburg tipped Ross (Fremont, OH), 6-2, in a non-league game.
