The Garfield Boilermakers baseball team (Garfield, NJ), was overwhelmed 12-1 in Saturday's non-league outing with the host Montclair Mounties (Montclair, NJ)

The Mounties now hold a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Millburn for a Super Essex - American outing on Monday, May 8. Montclair will confront a Millers team coming off a 9-1 non-league win over NV - Old Tappan (Old Tappan, NJ). The Millers record now stands at 17-2.

Next, the Boilermakers confront the Elmwood Park Crusaders (Elmwood Park, NJ) in a North Jersey - Colonial A outing, on Monday, May 8. Garfield will attempt to advance on its 4-10 season record.
