The Glenwood Titans baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Highland Bulldogs to 5 in the Titans non-league victory on Saturday.
The Titans (20-3) will now prepare for their match against Springfield Southeast (Springfield, IL). The Spartans go into the Central State Eight match with a 11-14 record. In their last match, Springfield Southeast was overwhelmed by Williamsville (Williamsville, IL), 11-1, in a non-league match.
The Bulldogs (14-12) will now prepare for their match against Jersey (Jerseyville, IL). The Panthers go into the Mississippi Valley match with a 10-19 record. In their last match, Jersey was overwhelmed by Granite City (Granite City, IL), 8-5, in a non-league match.
