In Saturday's non-league challenge, the St. Francis de Sales Knights (Toledo, OH) baseball squad edged the host Strongsville Mustangs (Strongsville, OH), by a final score of 3-2.
With the win, St. Francis de Sales upgrades its record to 14-4 on the season. The Knights travel to Findlay (Findlay, OH) to battle the Trojans in a Three Rivers battle on Wednesday, May 10. The Trojans enter the battle with a record of 6-8. Findlay won 4-2 in their recent non-league battle against Defiance (Defiance, OH)
The Mustangs now possess a 11-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Brunswick for a Greater Cleveland battle on Monday, May 8.
