The Arlington Spy Ponders volleyball team (Arlington, MA), was dropped 3-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Newton South Lions (Newton, MA)

The Lions (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Wayland (Wayland, MA). The Warriors enter the Dual County challenge with a 3-8 record. In their last challenge, Wayland was dropped by Westfield (Westfield, MA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Spy Ponders encounter the Woburn Memorial Tanners (Woburn, MA) in a Middlesex challenge, on Tuesday, May 9. Arlington will attempt to move on its 5-6 season record. The Tanners enter the challenge with a 4-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Lexington (Lexington, MA).
