De Pere Redbirds (De Pere, WI) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Franklin Sabers (Franklin, WI), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Redbirds confront the Pulaski Rams (Milwaukee, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, May 9. De Pere will attempt to better on its 10-1 season record.
The Sabers now have a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Racine Horlick for a Southeast challenge on Tuesday, May 9. Franklin will confront a Rebels team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Lodi (Lodi, WI). The Rebels record now stands at 10-5.
