The crowd at Saturday's non-league game between the Lake Zurich Bears (Lake Zurich, IL) and the visiting Carmel Corsairs (Mundelein, IL), saw Lake Zurich's lacrosse team gain a win over Carmel by a margin of 7-5.
The Bears (8-5) will now prepare for their game against Lake Forest (Lake Forest, IL). The Scouts enter the non-league game with a 7-1 record. In their last game, Lake Forest edged Glenbard North (Carol Stream, IL), 6-1, in a non-league game.
