The Eagles now own a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Vashon Island for a 1A Nisqually challenge on Wednesday, May 10. Klahowya will battle a Pirates squad coming off a 8-6 non-league loss to Chimacum (Chimacum, WA). The Pirates record now stands at 1-9.

With the loss, Elma falls to 8-7 on the campaign. The Eagles host Hoquiam (Hoquiam, WA) to battle the Grizzlies in a 1A Evergreen challenge on Tuesday, May 9. The Grizzlies enter the challenge with a record of 11-1. Hoquiam won 16-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Cedar Park Christian (Bothell, WA)
