New York High School Softball - Mynderse Academy bounces Sodus

The Mynderse Academy Blue Devils (Seneca Falls, NY) softball routed the host Sodus Spartans (Sodus, NY), 6-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Blue Devils (4-5) will now prepare for their bout against Midlakes (Clifton Springs, NY). The Screaming Eagles go into the Finger Lakes East bout with a 7-4 record. In their last bout, Midlakes was routed by Wayne (Ontario Center, NY), 15-3, in a league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 10-2 record. They play next when they travel to North Rose-Wolcott for a Wayne County bout on Monday, May 8. Sodus will confront a Cougars squad coming off a 17-2 league loss to Williamson (Williamson, NY). The Cougars record now stands at 9-2.
