Indiana High School Softball - River Forest bounces Victory Christian Academy

The River Forest Ingots routed the host Victory Christian Academy Lions softball squad by a final score of 15-2 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Ingots (6-8) will now prepare for their battle against Whiting (Whiting, IN). The Oilers go into the Greater South Shore battle with a 4-11 record. In their last battle, Whiting notched a victory over Marquette Catholic (Michigan City, IN), 19-4, in a non-league battle.
The Lions now possess a 2-10 record. They play next when they host DeMotte Christian for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 9. Victory Christian Academy will confront a Knights squad coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Kankakee Trinity Academy (Kankakee, IL). The Knights record now stands at 1-7.
