Northern Patriots (Owings, MD) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Arundel Wildcats (Gambrills, MD), 5-3 in a non-league test.
With the win, Northern upgrades its record to 11-9 on the season.
With the defeat, Arundel falls to 13-7 on the season. The Wildcats host South River (Edgewater, MD) to battle the Seahawks in a Anne Arundel County test on Thursday, May 9. The Seahawks come into the test with a record of 14-8. South River won 5-4 in their recent non-league test against Westminster (Westminster, MD)
