The Zizzers come into the test with a record of 20-2. West Plains won 5-3 in their recent non-league test against Logan-Rogersville (Rogersville, MO)

With the defeat, Monett falls to 10-10 on the season. The Cubs travel to Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, MO) to battle the Mountaineers in a Class 4 District 11 test on Tuesday, May 7. The Mountaineers come into the test with a record of 12-10.
