In Monday's non-league battle, the host Maine West Warriors volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Elmwood Park Tigers.
The Warriors (40-11) will now prepare for their battle against Niles West (Skokie, IL). The Wolves come into the battle with a 1-2 record.
