The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Roosevelt Rough Riders (Honolulu, HI) and the host Maui Sabers (Kahului, HI), saw Roosevelt's volleyball squad beat Maui by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Roosevelt upgrades its record to 5-11 on the year. The Rough Riders travel to Moanalua (Honolulu, HI) to play the Menehune in a non-league bout on Thursday, May 9. The Menehune go into the bout with a record of 19-9. Moanalua won 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Mililani (Mililani, HI)

The Sabers now own a 5-11 record.
