In Monday's league test, the host James Monroe Yellow Jackets lacrosse squad scored a good 14-6 victory over the Eastern View Cyclones.
The Yellow Jackets now have a 11-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kettle Run for a non-league test on Thursday, May 9. James Monroe will face a Cougars squad coming off a 17-3 league loss to Meridian (Falls Church, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 7-3.
In their next game, the Cyclones face the Fauquier Falcons (Warrenton, VA) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, May 8. Eastern View will attempt to move on its 6-6 season record. The Falcons come into the test with a 4-7 record after their 13-6 league win over Handley (Winchester, VA).
