The Apponequet Regional Lakers softball team scored 6 runs and limited the host Seekonk Warriors to 1 in the Lakers league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Apponequet Regional improves its record to 10-3 on the year. The Lakers host Fairhaven (Fairhaven, MA) to clash with the Blue Devils in a South Coast game on Wednesday, May 8. The Blue Devils come into the game with a record of 2-9.

In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Case Cardinals (Swansea, MA) in a South Coast game, on Friday, May 10. Seekonk will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record.
