The Shaler Area Titans softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Hampton Talbots to 7 in the Titans non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Shaler Area improves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Titans host Seneca Valley (Harmony, PA) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league game on Wednesday, May 8. The Raiders come into the game with a record of 16-1. Seneca Valley won 13-2 in their recent league game against Butler (Butler, PA)

In their next game, the Talbots clash with the Mars Fightin' Planets (Mars, PA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, May 7. Hampton will attempt to improve on its 12-3 season record. The Fightin' Planets come into the game with a 6-11 record after their 16-13 league win over Moon Area (Moon Township, PA).
