Alabama High School Softball - Mountain Brook bounces Huffman

The Mountain Brook Spartans routed the visiting Huffman Vikings softball squad by a count of 15-2 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Spartans (17-18) will now prepare for their battle against Oxford (Oxford, AL). The Yellow Jackets go into the non-league battle with a 19-19 record. In their last battle, Oxford was routed by Pell City (Pell City, AL), 15-4, in a non-league battle.
The Vikings now sport a 9-9 record. They play next when they travel to Minor for a non-league battle on Monday, May 6. Huffman will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 16-8 non-league win over Parker (Birmingham, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 11-5.
