Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the Southwest Christian Stars (Chaska, MN) and the host West Lutheran Warriors (Plymouth, MN), witnessed Southwest Christian's softball squad tip West Lutheran by a count of 4-3.

The Stars now sport a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Delano for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 7. Southwest Christian will face a Tigers squad coming off a 7-4 non-league win over St. Francis (St. Francis, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 7-1.

With the loss, West Lutheran moves to 8-2 on the season. The Warriors host Spectrum (Elk River, MN) to face the Sting in a non-league match on Tuesday, May 7. The Sting go into the match with a record of 12-0. Spectrum won 13-3 in their recent non-league match against Heritage Christian (Karlstad, MN)
